It’s as simple as drinking a glass one wine. Purchase a bottle from a store of your choosing or visit your favorite restaurant or bar and have a glass of wine.

Why it works

Red wine is made from red grapes which have resveratrol and polyphenols, antioxidants which have a positive effect on your body. While the resveratrol acts to prevent damage to blood vessels and reduce the risk of blood clots, the polyphenols protect the lining of the blood vessels in your heart. Resveratrol has also proven to reduce oxidative stress, which can lead to heart disease.
