Berries - raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries are a delicious fruit that are full of fiber and antioxidants. Berries have very few calories and carbs but pack a wonderful taste. They are even thought to help reduce wrinkling in skin. When you are at the grocery store picking out what fruits you want to add to your diet, berries should be a top consideration! They are abundant in almost all areas of the globe and should be stocked pretty much year round.
