Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a medical treatment that involves breathing 100% oxygen in a pressurized environment. The increased pressure allows the body to absorb more oxygen, which can have therapeutic benefits. HBOT works with the hypoxia inducible factor-alpha, which is good for longevity.

Hyperbaric oxygen chamber.
Increased oxygen levels in the body promote healing and regeneration of damaged tissue, stimulate new blood vessel growth, and reduce inflammation.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is generally considered safe, but some people may experience mild side effects such as ear pain or sinus pressure. Oxygen toxicity, or claustrophobia may also occur.
It is important to tell your healthcare provider about any medical conditions or medications that may interfere with HBOT.
