Description

Theta meditation is a form of meditation where the body is so deeply relaxed that your theta brain waves are activated. In this state you can achieve a high level calm. It is also believed that you can access a mental state that goes beyond your conscious.

The human brain is constantly producing electrical pulses known as brain waves. In the human brain, there are five different types of brain waves, one of which being the theta brain wave.

Theta brain waves most often occur when you're sleeping, but they are also produced when your body is in a very relaxed state.
