Eyesight training consists of exercises to help ease eye strain and help your eyes feel better. There is very little scientific evidence suggesting that eyesight training can improve your vision, however, eyesight exercises have been proven to combat eye strain. Though eyesight training cannot improve conditions that already exist such as astigmatism or glaucoma, they can help with eye irritation.

Eyesight training can work to improve vision and ease eye strain, however, eye exercises will not keep you out of glasses and cannot combat serious eye conditions or diseases. Taking daily breaks may delay your need for glasses and/or contacts in the long run.
