Why it works

  • Being in contact with the earth mat allows the body's natural electrostatic balance to be restored. The mat conducts the electrical charge to remove it from the body.
  • By releasing the body's excessive electrical charge, it decreases the feeling of stress.
  • The body stores more electrostatic charge when in contact with electrical devices, such as computers.
  • It may modify the circulation of neutrophils and lymphocytes, as well as modulate some chemical factors related to inflammation.
