  • There is a lot of controversy about this habit as the results did not pass something called the p-curve. Which means they are right on the cusp of being statistically valid. Than Amy Cuddy came out with a new paper supporting her original finding that power poses work.  This is exactly why you should use our app and see if this activity/habit works for you.
