Fats help fuel your body with energy and assist in absorbing important vitamins. Good fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. They come from fish, vegetables, nuts, and seeds.
Serve healthy fats at the table
Cook and bake with healthy oils such as grape seed oil or coconut oil
Try to avoid unhealthy fats and substitute them with healthy fats
Eat fish instead of beef and pork
Increase intake of foods with good fats.
Eating unsaturated fat in place of refined grains and sugar can improve blood cholesterol profiles. It also lowers triglycerides which lower the risk of heart disease.

Good fats are liquid at room temperature. Check your pot/pan 15 minutes after you cooked. If extra content has hardened up after you cook you know its an unhealthy fat.
